Bendix has developed a Purge Valve Repair Kit, part number K022105, for use on Bendix

AD-IS

and

AD-IP

air dryers that experience the valve sticking issue described in Technical Bulletin TCH-008-039.

This new repair kit should be used in place of the lubrication maintenance kit, part number 5018313, shown

in bulletin TCH-003-039.

The contents of the Purge Valve Repair Kit piece number K022105 are shown here for reference. Installation

Instructions are included with each kit to ensure proper servicing.

The Purge Valve Repair Kit piece number K022105 will be covered by the Bendix standard warranty for

AD-IS

and AD-IP

air dryers. The standard warranty is 1 year/100,000 miles for parts and labor, and 3

years/350,000 miles for parts only. Claims may be submitted through your vehicle manufacturer or directly

to Bendix per your normal warranty return process.
